Coaching: Intercultural Development

Includes assessment, 1-hour results debrief, personalized development plan + coaching session packages to help you choose the level of support you need to move to the next level.  

All packages: Online assessment (15 - 20 minutes), 1-hour Personal Debrief, tailored Development Plan for the next 6-12 months (pdf document).

Introductory Package: Includes one Coaching Session to further personalize your plan. 

Get on Track & Stay on Track Packages: 3-12 months of 1:1 coaching support as you move toward your goals.

What assessment do we use?

 I use the Intercultural Development Inventory® and Intercultural Development Plan® as a starting point for our work together.
